We network and socialize shortly before and after the formal presentation, which is from 10:30-11:30.

Meet The Presenter:

“I am a public figure known for my street outreach locally in San Diego and for my naloxone distribution at concerts and events in Los Angeles. I’m a Project Manager for Harm Reduction Coalition of San Diego.

I educate about harm reduction, with the purpose of decreasing rates of opioid fatalities and blood-borne diseases amongst other harms associated with substance use. I provide overdose trainings to countless individuals and organizations, as well as providing education around legislation surrounding harm reduction and addiction.

I have worked and volunteered in the field of addiction and harm reduction for the past 4 years and through my work in Naloxone distribution I was quickly coined Narcan Nate™ by my peers. My passion for harm reduction stems from my own personal experience. I believe that you must love people where they are at. I have made a life long commitment to mitigate the harms associated with substance use. “
