Meet our Speaker:
Erin Snow, MS, LMFT
Program Director Bella Monte Recovery
Erin Snow is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; LMFT and trained EMDR Therapist. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and went on to obtain her Master’s Degree; MS at California State Long Beach.
Emily currently serves as the Program Director at Bella Monte Recovery Center in Desert Hot Springs, CA where she has created a Residential Substance Use program that focuses primarily on the underlying causes and conditions of addiction.
The program utilizes trauma therapies for all clients including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Prolonged Exposure. She believes the reason individuals find themselves on the path to substance use is much larger than the drugs and alcohol. These have simply become the maladaptive coping mechanisms for underlying emotional and physical pain. Erin insists that LOVE is the only healer of pain. She places compassion and empathy at the forefront of her work and her program, using LOVE as the foundation for lifelong recovery and freedom.
